I’ve been behind on scheduling posts for the Spotlight on Bookstores series; I’m planning to pick this up again on a weekly basis now that a couple of big family projects are behind us!
In the meantime, Margot at Joyfully Retired sent me a link to the most interesting bookstores of the world that you can take a look at. This is a fun photo collection of international bookstores.
My favorites are the stores that are housed in buildings with amazing architecture, originally intended for something else — the church and the theater are outstanding. They remind me of Kittling: Book’s essay about Barter Books, in a former railway station.
Which are your favorite photos?
